I am planning to open a new Retail Trade Perfume company in . Gardena California. What are the requirements for Perfume legal registration?
I make perfume and cologne at home. I plan to sell domestically throughout the USA. I am unsure about being able to sell internationally. I plan to sell it online on through Etsy and Ebay.
